First of all you should learn to check the title yourself and your challenge is, if you are going to go to an auction you don’t want to pick one property - someone might outbid you on that. So a strategy would be to look at many properties which you plan to do. With that thought in mind, looking at many properties, the attorney will charge you per property (I would assume).
